It is important to remember that Vitamin D is NOT an analgesic (pain reliever). And, of course, this information is intended only to educate and NOT diagnose. When I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia all the Doctor told me was to get cardio excercise for at least 30, 3 times a week and to take vitamin D supplements. He never told me why and with all the reading I have done in the last few months never came across why I need to take them. That you, I now I know what to look for.
